Description

Silver nitrate solutions are light sensitive and when they combined with the salt deposits of latent print residue, they will develop dark brown latents. Silver nitrate will stain most materials, and the stain is extremely difficult to remove. Prints developed with this method will not fade. On the contrary, they will continue to develop when exposed to light.
