This acquisition marks an opportunity for Arrowhead Forensics and Thomas Scientific to expand upon our world-class service, catalog of products, and deliverability in the very near future!
It is extremely important to understand that for the foreseeable future, Arrowhead Forensics will continue to operate independently under the Thomas Scientific umbrella.

Q: Do I need to do anything different with invoices?
A: Great question! The short answer is “No”, but here are a few things to keep top of mind when considering payments and invoices:
- Receipts for products from vendors for the foreseeable future will be received into, and paid by, the systems and processes related to how Arrowhead Forensics operates today (ACH, check, P-Card, etc.)
- Until otherwise notified, there will be no changes to this process. Invoices from vendors will continue to be paid by Arrowhead Forensics.
Q: Should I change what happens with invoices?
A: No, until notified otherwise, you should continue to send your invoices to Arrowhead Forensics in the same manner that you always have.

A: Great question and the answer is none, Thomas Scientific’s acquisition of Arrowhead Forensics does, in no way, influence any warranties, the ability to cancel or edit an order placed with Arrowhead Forensics, or the presence or scope of a return policy.
