6 Steps To Safer Handgun Evidence Storage
The ClearView Weapons Storage Kit is a two part system. The first part is a clear 25mil plastic case with locking lid and 30 perforated holes for securing the weapon and accessories. The second part is a corrugated sleeve that will maintain the chain of custody and prevent tampering, while leaving the weapon in full view. The kit includes four 11" cable ties - two for securing the weapon, one for securing the accessories, and one for securing the case to the sleeve, creating a tamper resistant closure. Evidence tape can then be used if it is part of your chain of custody requirements. Once the weapon is secured, this kit allows for easy viewing of serial numbers on both sides of the weapon, and for verifying that the weapon is cleared and safe. Internal Dimensions: 8.82" x 14.3" x 2.25". External Dimensions: 9" x 14.5" x 2.5".
