The Bio-Guard™ DNA Collection System has everything you need for proper collection and transport. Each kit contains one tube, drying desiccant, chain of custody seal and humidity indicating card (A-7570 only). The humidity card features three humidity levels which will appear blue if moisture is absent. The desiccant will absorb moisture from the sample once placed in the container. It will dry a single cotton tip applicator in 2-3 hours and 2 applicators in 4-6 hours. The polypropylene container will protect and preserve the sample during transport to the laboratory. No more concerns with sterility, air drying, moisture, or cross contamination of DNA samples. This is the most advanced DNA collection and transport system available to crime scene investigators.
