These powerful, rechargeable CREE LED forensic light sources (AKA alternate light source) are constructed of aircraft-grade aluminum. Configured with 2 different intensities (low and high), variable lighting can be used during general search and photography to not only save battery life, but also increase evidence fluorescence. The MF Series features a waterproof and anti-roll design and is accurate to +/- 3 nm. As with other Alternate Light Sources, it must be used with the appropriate goggles or camera filter in order to visualize evidence. This Portable Alternate Light Source, with 4 Wavelengths as well as White Light will cut down on storage space, minimize costs of charging stations, and also adds an "all-in-one" feature of being able to search for multiple types of evidence without ever putting the flashlight down.
