Terms and Conditions

Shipments are FOB shipping point with title passing at that point.

Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your Arrowhead shipment upon receipt. If it shows any external damage, accept it only after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. If, upon opening a shipment, you find a shortage or damage, you must request inspection with the carrier within 15 days of delivery or you will relinquish your right to make a claim.

Returns: All returns must be authorized by Arrowhead and may be subject to a restocking charge. Please call or write for an authorization number. All items approved for return must be in unused and resalable condition, We reserve the right to inspect them before issuing credit. They must be returned within 60 days of receiving them,

To insure you receive credit, you must include with each return:

• Your name, address and purchase order number
• Arrowhead return authorization number and your reason for the return.
  We cannot accept for return any of the following:
• Open chemicals
• Items with an expired shelf life or expiration date too short for resale
• Items provided by Arrowhead on a "Special Order"
• Discounted items
• Items not purchased from Arrowhead
  
  Return shipments of hazardous material must be packed and labeled to meet DOT regulations. All shipping documents must meet DOT regulations.
  
  Limited Warranty: Arrowhead will replace, or at a customer's option credit customer's account the purchase price for, products that fail to meet the then current published manufacturer's specifications, provided such products are returned to Arrowhead within 60 days after shipment. Arrowhead will assist customer, at customer's sole expense, in obtaining any manufactures, warranties applicable to products sold to customer consistent with the warranties obtained from such manufactures by Arrowhead.
  
  Disclaimer of Warranty and liability: Arrowhead disclaims all other warranties or guarantees with respect to any products purchased from Arrowhead, whether statutory, written, oral, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, suitability or fitness for a particular purchase. In no event shall Arrowhead be liable or responsible for any exemplary, punitive, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to loss of profits, use or goodwill) of any kind whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory of form of action even if Arrowhead has been advised of the possibility thereof. Arrowhead's sore liability and customer's sole remedy for any claim relating to any products purchased from Arrowhead is as set forth in the limited warranty.
  
  We hereby certify that the materials covered by this invoice were produced in conformity with the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S, Department of Labor under Section 14 thereof.
  
  

  Payment Methods

  
  Net 30 Terms (Existing Customers):
  In an effort to better serve existing customers with open accounts, we recently added a Net 30 Terms payment option at checkout. In addition to extended terms, this option lets you take advantage of using purchase orders and tax exemption status. Once you finish shopping, proceed to checkout and select the Net 30 Terms payment option from the drop-down menu. Once we receive your order and verify that you have an existing account, we will immediately process your order. It's that simple!

  Credit Cards:
  We gladly accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard and PayPal Payments. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information could delay the processing and shipment of your order.
  
  Credit Terms:
  We gladly accept purchase orders from all public agencies (U.S. government, cities, counties, states, colleges, hospitals, etc.). Orders to public agencies will be billed at Net 30 days upon shipment of merchandise, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date. If you have created a new arrowheadforensics.com website account and would like to purchase with Credit Terms, your account must go through a one-time verification process to activate that option on your account.   Since we're the manufacturer for many of the items we carry, we're able to customize most products to meet your specific needs. Contact us for a quote. If you're looking for products that we do not seem to carry, please let us know. We'll do our best to locate them or find a supplier for you.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By accepting this Hold Harmless Agreement, I hereby acknowledge that:
A) I am 21 years of age or older; and that
B) the chemicals and/or supplies purchased from Arrowhead Scientific, LLC (the "seller") have hazardous properties that may endanger my life and limb; and that
C) I am legally entitled to receive these materials.

In consideration for the sale of any chemicals and/or supplies to me, I agree to the following terms:
1. Arrowhead Scientific, LLC does not warranty that the chemicals and/or supplies are merchantable or that they are fit for any particular purpose.
2. In no event shall the seller, or seller's heirs and assigns, be liable for consequential damages, nor shall seller's liability on any claim for damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, or use of the chemicals and/or supplies exceed the purchase price of the chemicals and/or supplies.
3. I will not use the chemicals and/or supplies in violation of any local, state, or federal regulation or law.
4. I, on behalf of myself, my successors and my assigns, agree to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use of the chemicals and/or supplies.
5. I agree that the conditions above apply equally to all current, past, and future purchases from Arrowhead Scientific, LLC.
