NARK II Scott Reagent Modified (Cocaine Salts/ Base) - 10/box
Description
The Scott Reagent Modified is a presumptive test designed not only to identify Cocaine but to distinguish the difference between Cocaine HCl (powder) and Cocaine Base (crack or freebase). Cocaine HCl will dissolve a Blue solution in the first ampoule, where Cocaine Base will not dissolve and form Blue specks in a Pink solution. Both forms of Cocaine will develop a Pink solution in the 2nd ampoule and a Pink over Blue solution in the 3rd ampoule. To eliminate all false positives for other caine substances, watch for the specific bursting of Blue after the breakage of the 3rd ampoule, prior to the development of Pink over Blue. Like all our NARK II narcotic field tests, the Scott Reagent is meant for presumptive field drug testing. 10 tests/box. For Sale to Law Enforcement Only!
NOTE: ALL TEST RESULTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY AN APPROVED ANALYTICAL LABORATORY!
The results of this test are merely presumptive. NARK® only tests for the possible presence of certain chemical compounds.
